The pool at St. Francis Health Care Centre combines the
therapeutic benefits of
warmth and water.

- The water temperature is maintained at about 92 degrees,
warmer than public indoor pools and cooler than bathwater.
- Excellent for individuals recovering
from injury or surgery and persons with painful conditions such as arthritis.
- A physician's written approval for the public or a prescription
for patients are required for all programs.
Patients, residents, and the public enjoy the pool
through a
variety of
program opportunities including:
- Aquatic therapy
- Exercise workouts
- Community open times
- Whirlpool
The 40' x 30' pool, locker rooms, and changing areas are handicap and
wheelchair accessible.
