Therapy Centre

The Therapy Centre at St. Francis serves inpatients, residents, and outpatients.  It occupies a spacious wing constructed in 1996, which includes:

• Three large clinics for physical and occupational therapy
• A private therapy treatment room
• A pediatric therapy treatment room
• A suite of treatment rooms for speech / language therapy
• An audiology testing lab
• A full-size warm water therapeutic pool
• A hydrotherapy room
• Handicap-accessible training and fitness exercise equipment
• An adaptive living skills lab with kitchen, laundry, and bedroom facilities
• An adaptive driving clinic with driving simulator, customized car, and quadriplegic equipped van
• A greenhouse, a multipurpose recreational gymnasium, and a computer skills lab
